Why Should You Get Vaccinated?

HPV is a very common virus that can lead to the development of, among others, cervical cancer as well as cancers of the head, neck and throat. The infection affects both women and men. Vaccination is an effective form of prevention that helps protect against its serious consequences.

Who Can Benefit from the Free Vaccination?

The programme is intended for people who are over 18 years of age but have not yet reached their 26th birthday and who have not previously begun HPV vaccination. The vaccination course must be started before the age of 25.

The free vaccination programme runs until 31 May 2027, but it is worth considering vaccination now. To ensure enough time to receive all three doses, vaccination should be started in October or November 2026.

Where to Apply?

Simply contact a primary healthcare clinic participating in the programme.

Do not put your health off until later. Take care of yourselves today!
