The statement

of Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education dated 08/12/2021

concerning: the announcement of the call for applications for the Rector’s award for the doctoral student of the University of Lodz based on the UŁ Rector’s Regulation no. 34 dated 08/12/2021

  1. University of Lodz doctoral students who have demonstrated special work for the development and promotion of the University of Lodz community e.g. in doctoral student organizations of the University of Łódź or other academical assemblies, either by achieving, inter alia, high results in sports or artistic competitions, can apply for the Rector's awards.
  1. Entitle to participate in this recruitment process the activity in the interest of the University of Lodz community (incl. work in the UL doctoral students organizations or other academical assemblies) and the accomplishments shown only in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022.
  1. The Rector's Award for doctoral students of the University of Łódź is not awarded for scientific achievements.
  2. An interested doctoral student of the University of Łódź applies for the award of the Rector's award following the rules set out in the Regulations on granting Rector's awards to doctoral students of the University of Łódź. Together with the application,  the completed information for tax purposes should be submitted. Failure to submit the information for tax purposes prevents the payment of the Rector's award.
  3. The regulations, together with the application form and information template for tax purposes, can be downloaded from: https://baw.uni.lodz.pl/d/53621/5/.
  4. Completed, signed and scanned applications for the Rector's award, together with attachments, should be sent via e-mail to the following address: doktoranci@uni.lodz.pl, until 13.12.2021. The doctoral student who applies for the Rector’s award must send the application with attachments from the e-mail address assigned to his profile in USOSweb.
