The collected responses will support the further development of our offer, including:
- improving service accessibility,
- organising library space,
- better aligning resources with users’ needs,
- enhancing the quality of services, events and training.
The feedback will also help in planning new initiatives, so that the offer of the University of Lodz Library can become even more accessible and better tailored to the expectations of the academic community.
The survey can be completed online (in Polish). Paper versions (in Polish) are also available at user service points (e.g. the Lending Department and the Information Services Unit).
Every opinion is a valuable source of information for us and has a real impact on the future development of the University of Lodz Library.
