Every Brilliant Student Starts as a Talented Pupil!
At UniLodz, we know that knowledge gains its full meaning only when it is shared. That is why academic staff of UniLodz act as mentors for young talented participants. Throughout the programme, they inspire them with a passion for science and encourage to explore the world by asking questions and conducting research.
Results?
Research projects prepared by talented pupils! During the finale of the 9th edition of the “Talented at School, Brilliant at the University” programme, participants presented 13 research projects – one from each faculty of UniLodz.
At UniLodz, everyone can find something for themselves. Young people carried out their research across all faculties of the University of Lodz, with the highest number of participants completing the programme at the Faculty of Chemistry, the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, the Faculty of Philology, and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology.
The projects are the result of openness to the world combined with the passion and commitment to learning demonstrated by the programme’s participants.
Young People Are Curious About the World of Science
Interest in science among young people continues to grow, as evidenced by the record number of pupils who completed the programme this year. A total of 225 pupils from 45 secondary schools – 28 schools from Łódź and 17 from the Łódź region – presented the outcomes of their work during the programme finale held on 19 June in the Assembly Hall of the University of Lodz Training and Conference Centre.
