The aim of the project is to develop future-oriented competences, help participants discover their talents and interests, as well as better prepare young people for further education and entry into the labour market. Participants will gain an insider’s perspective on the University of Lodz, work with academic staff, and make use of modern laboratories and specialist facilities.
As part of the programme, each participant receives individual support from an academic tutor, takes part in six practical workshops selected from 26 available modules, and attends a 16-hour online Business English course. The programme covers a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, new technologies, business and entrepreneurship, communication, law, the environment, as well as health and safety. Participants will also receive a tablet with Internet access and, upon completing the programme, will be awarded a University of Lodz Certificate signed by the Rector.
In the first edition of the programme, implemented in the 2026/2027 school year, 250 places are available. Recruitment takes place from 2 to 8 September 2026. The programme offers vocational school students an opportunity to develop their skills, explore new technologies, and discover their future career path.
