The current and future challenges of higher education in Poland were discussed. Members of the University of Lodz Rector’s Board told the guests about the University of Lodz as the largest university in the region and one of the leading ones in Poland.
Prof. dr hab. inż. Maria Mrówczyńska, as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, is responsible for issues related to innovation and development, and the organisation of universities, as well as education and student affairs. MP Adrian Witczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection at the University of Lodz, and works, among other things (as Vice President) in the Sejm's Standing Subcommittee on Science and Higher Education.
