Engineering is the foundation of technological advancement and innovation, and women operating in this field have a key impact on its development through their knowledge, creativity and leadership. Through this initiative, we want to honour women engineers who not only achieve excellence in their fields, but also serve as mentors, leaders and inspiring role models for the next generations
– write the organisers, encouraging people to nominate STEM representatives.
Perspektywy Women in Tech seeks candidates who can demonstrate exceptional achievements in science, technology, innovation, and leadership. Each nomination is more than just a name – it’s a story of determination, breakthrough achievement and contribution to engineering.
Of the "Top 100 Women in Engineering", the Top 10 Women in Engineering in Poland will also be selected. Their achievements will be presented at the gala during the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025.
The authorities of the University of Lodz support this initiative and also encourage you to nominate outstanding women from the STEM area, including from our University until 15 March 2025.
