About us
The main tasks of the Team are:
· preparation of the resource and financial plans for the Faculty of Law and Administration and supervising their implementation,
· verification of received financial documents in terms of formal requirements and accounting,
· financial support for the Faculty within the scope of the entrusted part of teaching and statutory activities to maintain research potential,
· expenditure recording at the Faculty level
· preparation of the financial statements
· Issuing debit notes for teaching activities conducted by the Faculty’s employees at other faculties of the University of Lodz,
· analysis, control, and recording of costs related to assigned areas
· division of funds allocated by the Dean for the statutory activities among the Faculty’s units
· maintaining records of expenditures within the Faculty’s Scientific Development Fund
· providing financial support for the Doctoral College
· preparation of the reports on debit notes and invoices issued by individual Faculty units for the University’s accounting department
