Employee Service (PortalPracowniczy – PP) is the intranet of the University of Lodz. As a system that you have to log in, it contains information that is available only to the employees of our university. The UL Employee Service makes it possible for the UL employees to manage issues related to employment at the University of Lodz, it is a source of up-to-date information and the heart of electronic document circulation.
- Employment-related issues
Employees can download their PIT from the Employee Service, check the pay slip and the amount of available holiday, remotely submit an application for employee benefits and deal with many other current issues. The portal also processes civil-law contracts, business trips, invoices, public procurement applications and referrals for medical examinations.
- News and Employee Knowledge Database
Only logged in Employee Service users have access to news and announcements as well as the full version of the Employee Knowledge Database. All information important for the employees of the University of Lodz, including organisational changes, ranking lists, information on calls for grant competitions, and offers from the UL partners, is published in the Employee Service news on an ongoing basis. The UL Employee Knowledge Database is an important element of the Employee Service. It contains all the information needed by individuals employed at the University of Lodz pertaining to, for example, insurance, internal procedures, applications, internal and external grants, evaluation, financial and social issues, etc.
- Managing an employee profile and using the database of employees and units
You can supplement and update your employee profile, i.e., an extensive business card, which, in addition to the telephone number, e-mail address or the name of the unit, also presents professional achievements, scope of duties and interests of the University of Lodz employees only in the Employee Service.
The search engine available in the Employee Service, makes it possible to look for profiles of employees and units of the University of Lodz, find a contact to a relevant person or department.
