As an Assistant Professor (Researcher) at the University of Łódź , I am currently:

Conducting advanced research in  plant genetics, and molecular biology, with a focus on environmental stress resilience.

Leading and collaborating on projects exploring genomic and transcriptomic profiling , including molecular mechanisms of adaptation to climate change.

Co-supervising Ph.D. student and guide research on physio-biochemical and transcriptomic profiling of drought-tolerant grasses.

Publishing high-impact scientific articles, contribute to patented biotechnological methods , and present at international conferences.

Serving as Guest Editor  and reviewer for leading scientific journals in plant sciences, supporting peer-reviewed research dissemination.

Collaborating with international research teams on molecular adaptation mechanisms related to climate change.
