conducting scientific research and publishing its results in renowned publishing houses and academic journals,

leading research projects and academic teams,

teaching courses (lectures, seminars, and classes) at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels,

supervising doctoral candidates and promoting doctoral and post-doctoral (habilitation) dissertations,

actively participating in academic life in Poland and abroad (conferences, international cooperation, peer reviews),

contributing to the organizational work of the Faculty and the University.
