literary studies scholar, translator, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, University of Lodz. I teach literature, theatre and environmental humanities. My lectures focus on ecocriticism, history of monstrosity, translation, disease and health in literature and culture. My BA and MA seminars concentrate on cultural history of emotions, racism and disability studies. Since 2023 I have served as deputy editor for "Multicultural Shakespeare".
