Scope of work performed:
1. Calculating salaries based on employment contracts;
2. Maintaining employee and benefit records;
3. Managing employee pension plans (PPE), employee capital plans (PPK), and group insurance (including healthcare);
4. Preparing PIT-11 information and sending PIT-11 forms to former University of Lodz employees and third parties;
5. Issuing income (income) certificates to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) (Rp-7), banks, and other external institutions;
6. Calculating awards from the Company's Award Fund (13tki);
7. Preparing payroll documentation for project purposes (printouts from the HR and payroll system, payroll sheets, calculating gross-gross and gross hourly rates).
