Employee Affairs Centre is responsible for:
- administrative support in HR processes (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees)
- personnel documentation
- updated policy and regulations regarding the human resources issues
- organizing learning and development possibilities for employee
- employer branding
- internal communication about HR processes
- advises on hr issues and support team management
- human resource planning
- performance management
- rewards
- administering employee benefits
The EAC team meets every Tuesday from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. During this time, we have an internal meeting during which we build processes and improve work; during these hours we do not serve employee or retirees.
