-Analyzing and entering financial data into POLON system,

-Reconciliation of accounting accounts for project activities of CWP of the University of Lodz, confirmation of balances in order to complete the records of a given year for the preparation of financial statements of the University of Lodz ,

-Monitoring in the USOS system the data on the settlement of payments with student receivables and enforcing overdue receivables of the UŁ by the respective Dean's Office/DS,

-Verification and acceptance of documents in the Employee Portal system in terms of subsidies (research part), the University's Scientific Development Fund, commercial projects (sale of UŁ services) , projects accounted for under the UŁ CWP activity from the level of the person authorized by Kwestora UŁ ,

-Acceptance of transfers in the banking system ,
