Conducting scientific research and enhancing one's own academic level.
Disseminating the results of scientific activity, particularly in the form of:
– scientific articles published in academic journals and in peer-reviewed materials from international scientific conferences, included in the list of such journals and materials compiled by the minister responsible for higher education and science,
– scientific monographs published by publishing houses included in the list compiled by the minister responsible for higher education and science, as well as scientific editing of such monographs and chapters within them.
Cooperation with the University in the commercialization of research results or development work, or of know-how related to such results.
Providing research services through the University commissioned by entities outside the system of higher education and science.
Preparing and conducting teaching classes as defined in the curricula of first- and second-cycle studies and long-cycle master's degree programs.
Conducting examinations, assessments, colloquia, or other forms of verifying the intended learning outcomes, as well as participating in committee examinations.
Supervising students in the preparation of their diploma theses.
Reviewing diploma theses and participating in committees conducting diploma examinations.
Developing and updating syllabi for the courses taught.
Participating in the enhancement of the educational offer.
