Department of Specialised Languages and Intercultural Communication

Scientific activity focuses on six main areas:
a. Slavic technical terminology;
b. legal linguistics;
c. expression of inchoativity in Slavic languages;
d. the language of Security Service officers in the Polish People’s Republic and the People’s Republic of Bulgaria;
e. semantic syntax of Slavic languages;
f. issues of bilingual lexicographic description;
g. Polish language of the Eastern Borderlands.
