Employee Affairs Centre

At the University, I am responsible for designing and delivering educational activities focused on the development of digital competencies, with particular emphasis on digital transformation and the practical use of artificial intelligence. I conduct training sessions, workshops, and consultations addressed to public sector employees and the educational community.

I support participants in the effective use of digital tools and AI-based solutions in their daily educational, administrative, and public service work. My activities also include raising awareness of the safe and ethical use of technology, tailoring training programs to the specific needs of the public sector, and implementing modern, practice-oriented teaching methods that respond to contemporary organizational challenges.

 

Bio

An experienced Digital Skills Trainer specializing in digital transformation and the use of artificial intelligence in public institutions. Has extensive experience in delivering training sessions and workshops for kindergartens, schools, local government units (municipalities), as well as judicial institutions.

In professional practice, focuses on the practical application of digital tools and AI-based solutions to support the development of competencies among educational, public sector, and administrative staff. Combines expert knowledge with a hands-on, workshop-based approach, tailoring training programs to the real needs of participants and the specific requirements of the public sector.


Interests

I'm passionate about personal and professional development, with a strong focus on designing training programs that address real challenges, solve concrete problems, and deliver measurable, lasting transformation for participants.

Privately, I'm interested in sauna bathing as a form of recovery and mental resilience building, martial arts, and sport shooting, which help develop concentration, discipline, and responsibility. I also value high-quality literature in the fields of business, marketing, business training, and coaching, which I treat as a key source of inspiration for creating effective, practical, and results-driven development processes.


Achievements

  • Delivered over 500 hours of business training, including development programs focused on managerial competencies, leadership skills, and professional effectiveness, conducted in workshop‑based and development‑oriented formats.
  • Possesses coaching experience, supporting leaders, specialists, and teams in the areas of personal effectiveness, decision‑making, and the implementation of sustainable organizational change.
  • Gained practical experience in marketing and sales, including value proposition design, strategic communication, sales process development, and cooperation with institutional and business clients.
  • Holds managerial experience, enabling the design and delivery of training programs grounded in real organizational contexts, leadership challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Integrates training, coaching, and business expertise to create development programs that solve concrete problems and deliver measurable, competency‑based transformation for participants.
