I coordinate the work of the Helpdesk team, which is the first line of support for the employees of the University of Lodz.

I provide assistance to the employees and students of the University of Lodz (technical and content support) in the use of the systems of the University of Lodz:

• Employee Portal - system administrator (detailed description of tasks below),
• Rektorat 2.0. - application support,
• USOSprod, USOSweb - application support,
• Moodle platform - application support,
• Thesis Archive (APD) and Single Anti-plagiarism System (JSA) - application support,
• Electronic Document Management (EZD) - application support,
• MS Office applications - application support.

I administer the Employee Portal:

• I provide day-to-day technical and substantive support to employees,
• I assign permissions to employees in the system,
• I cooperate with the substantive units of the UŁ in the field of arrangements for new documents in the application,
• I test new modules and documents,
• I prepare instructions for employees,
• I conduct training for employees,
• I answer any questions about the operation of the application and the documents processed in it
• I coordinate the assignment of notifications on the ITManager HD notification platform sent by the employees of the University of Lodz

I coordinate the work of the Secretariat of the IT Center - purchase and sales invoices, internal notes, fixed assets (OT, ZM, ZW . .), loans of computer equipment to UŁ units
