Science Section


  • providing financial support for research projects and grants carried out at the Faculty of Philosophy and History, funded by the European Union, government ministries and other sources;
  • carrying out in conjunction with project managers, ongoing monitoring and analysis of the expenditure of funds allocated for project implementation, in accordance with applicable public procurement regulations; supervising the expenditure of funds in accordance with the project budget;
  • supporting staff preparing projects in their interactions with units of the University of Łódź involved directly or indirectly in their implementation;
  • coordinating cooperation and the flow of information with the financial and legal departments at the University of Łódź;
  • assisting staff in drawing up cost estimates for applications submitted for funding to implement the project;
  • reporting on project implementation at the Faculty to the relevant authorities of the Faculty and the University of Lodz.
