Work Coordination:
Coordination of the work of the Rector's Representative for Equal Treatment and the Rector's Representative for Climate and Environmental Issues, as well as their respective councils:
The Equality Council,
The Climate and Environmental Policy Council. They also organise work of the Research Ethics Committee.
Supervising the implementation of GEP (Gender Equality Plan), identifying needs, recommending actions and guidelines for individual organizational units of the University of Łódź in the implementation of internal solutions in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development.
Initiating pro-environmental and equality actions and implementing solutions to improve the daily functioning of the University as a socially responsible organization

Interests
I am a person with broad interests that combine the past, contemporary mechanisms of human behavior, and actions for the common good. My passions focus on history, cultural anthropology, and ethnology, which help me understand how different cultures and traditions have shaped the world. I am also fascinated by the psychology of marketing, which allows me to analyze human decisions in the context of contemporary trends, and medicine, as a field closely related to human life and health.
A special place in my life is occupied by social work, aimed at helping others and building a better society. My interests perfectly combine the perspective of the humanities and social sciences with a practical approach to contemporary challenges in an era when the world needs integrated actions on many fronts. I am guided by the message that grassroots international cooperation, local initiatives, innovation, and the involvement of every individual can collectively respond to the global challenges of sustainable development and socio-economic well-being.
