She holds degrees in Art History and Media Studies. In 2024, she was awarded a PhD in Social Sciences (Communication and Media Studies) from the University of Warsaw for her dissertation Transgression of the Book Form.
Her research and publications focus on issues situated at the intersection of communication studies, visual culture, and book studies. She is the author of articles and scholarly studies published in peer-reviewed journals and academic monographs recognised in official Polish evaluation lists for the social sciences and humanities. She has also presented her research at national and international academic conferences in Poland, as well as in Berlin, Dublin, Lviv, Tallinn, Vienna, and Zadar.
She is a member of the Polish Communication Association. Since October 2024, she has been affiliated with the University of Lodz as a research and teaching staff member in the Department of Information and Book Studies.

She was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship of the University of Warsaw for the top doctoral student in the cohort annually between 2018 and 2022. In 2021, she completed an international research internship at Children’s Books Ireland in Dublin — an organisation collaborating on projects with, among others, Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University, and the University of Limerick. The internship was awarded through a University-wide competition (University of Warsaw ZIP Scholarship – International Mobility for Doctoral Students), available to selected laureates and at that time funded by the European Union’s Knowledge Education Development Programme (POWER).
