Full Professor at the University of Łódź. He conducts lectures and training workshops (Marketing, Art of Business Decision Making, Marketing Analysis). Fulbright scholar at Willamette University (USA). Chartered Marketer (Chartered Institute of Marketing -CIM, London). His research focuses on market strategy and market indicators, business and digital analytics, organisational success in the digital economy, and market resilience. He is the author and co-author of over 200 publications in Poland and abroad. He has lectured and conducted training courses for executives at leading universities, including the University of Warsaw, the Warsaw School of Economics, and as part of Executive MBA programmes in Poland and the United States. He has participated in research internships and programmes at universities in Maryland (USA), Lund (Sweden), Edinburgh (Scotland) and Middlesex (United Kingdom). In 1999, he founded Poland's first CIM training and examination centre, currently the largest accredited CIM centre in Poland. He has advised and trained organisations such as Unilever, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Merck, Abbott, Danone, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Teva and mBank.
