In my research projects, I integrate traditional scientific methodologies—both qualitative and quantitative—with modern creative strategies, such as choreographic and improvisational approaches, and pragmatic business solutions including product design and innovation management. This interdisciplinary approach enables me to conduct comprehensive analyses and develop innovative solutions that address the complex challenges of today’s world.

I also apply these experiences and methods in the courses I teach, which are designed to be interdisciplinary and bridge theory with practice. My courses cover, among other topics:

• Fundamentals of Communication Science – introducing key mechanisms of message transmission and reception,
• Product Semiotics – exploring how products convey specific meanings and symbols,
• Narrative Design – focusing on crafting coherent and engaging stories,
• The Aesthetics of Communication – examining the visual and emotional dimensions of messaging.

He can answer questions regarding strategic support, coordination of technology transfer activities, or assistance in decision-making related to the commercialization of the University of Łódź's intellectual property.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Leading the strategic development of the Technology Transfer Center and overseeing all processes related to the commercialization of research results.
• Developing and implementing policies related to technology and knowledge transfer at UŁ.
• Coordinating collaboration with scientists, business partners, and investors to ensure the effective commercialization of scientific research results.
• Collaborating with other University units in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, and knowledge commercialization.
• Providing support and supervision to innovation brokers and intellectual property specialists, as well as participating in the resolution of complex cases and negotiations.
• Representing the Technology Transfer Center in contacts with external partners, including public institutions, investors, companies, and the media.
• Coordinating projects related to technology development and collaboration with the private sector.
