Scientific responsibilities:
1. conducting scientific research,
2. publishing research results in scientific journals,
3. actively participating in scientific conferences,
4. applying for research grants and scientific internships,
5. participating in the implementation of research grants (manager of a grant financed by the National Science Centre on “In search of a legal model of self-employment in Poland. A comparative legal analysis” (amount of funds awarded: PLN 202,440).
6. reviewing scientific papers.
Teaching responsibilities:
1. reliable teaching of classes,
2. improvement of teaching methods and methods of verifying learning outcomes,
3. conducting exams and assessments,
4. supervising master's and diploma theses in accordance with the field and specialization of study and own competences, and checking these theses in the anti-plagiarism system,
5. reviewing diploma theses,
6. participating in committees conducting master's and diploma examinations,
7. performing teaching duties (consultations) in accordance with the schedule presented at the beginning of the semester,
8. educating young academic staff.
Organizational responsibilities:
1. participating in the Faculty Council and the Academic Degrees Committee,
2. participating in faculty and university committees,
3. participating in the organization of conferences, symposia, and workshops,
4. acting as the head of the Center for Unusual Employment Relationships and Postgraduate Studies,
5. activities aimed at promoting the Faculty,
6. establishing cooperation with representatives of external institutions related to labor law.
