She graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź with a degree in Finance and Banking, specialising in Insurance. She completed postgraduate Managerial and Financial Studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She also deepened her knowledge of the pension market through studies at the University of Warsaw.
For over 18 years, she has been active in the insurance market, gaining extensive experience in areas ranging from product development and building customer service centres to leading transformations and working on international projects. For nearly seven years, she has been applying her insurance industry expertise at Capgemini, where she, among other achievements, built from the ground up and implemented an international pension fund member services structure for the Dutch market, launching and managing a centre in Amsterdam. She currently oversees the insurance sector offering within the global structures of Capgemini Business Services.
