Ewa Siemiończyk is an attorney-at-law with over 15-year background in the IT industry. Her expertise was honed at leading tech giants such as Microsoft, Oracle, and AWS, providing thorough legal guidance for commercial dealings and routine corporate activities. Presently, she serves as Corporate Counsel at AWS, where she is the leading lawyer for Poland, Ukraine, and Central and Eastern Europe, in addition to facilitating business partners across other European countries in their transactions and initiatives.
Her proficiency extends to crafting and negotiating technology contracts in both Polish and English, managing complex legal projects, and offering counsel on a broad spectrum of new technologies law, all while navigating the nuances of a global corporate environment with ease.
Ewa is an alumnus of the University of Lodz, holding a Master of Laws degree, and has pursued further postgraduate qualifications in intellectual property law, negotiation, and mediation. She is a registered attorney-at law with the Warsaw Bar Association.
