Tomasz Marciniak

Managing Partner, McKinsey & Company Poland

Tomasz Marciniak is a managing partner in the Polish branch of McKinsey & Company. He has over 13 years of experience in strategic consulting in 20 countries in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. He supports clients from the energy, technology, financial, public and private equity sectors. 

He is an expert in new strategy development, complex digital transformation programmes, restructuring and mergers, as well as acquisitions.
He has co-created several reports published by McKinsey & Company, including "Digital Challengers in the next normal", "Poland 2030", "The rise of Digital Challengers", "Poland as a Digital Challenger", "Shoulder to Shoulder with a Robot" or "The AI Revolution".

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz. He completed programmes in economics and finance at the London School of Economics, Pompeu Fabry University in Barcelona and the FMU University Centre in São Paulo, as well as in the economics of deposit management at the Academy of Mines – Colorado School of Mines in the USA.

In everyday life, he is a keen traveller, interested in film music and photography, as well as running, swimming, hiking and football.
