What Does This Mean in Practice?
Registration applies to paid contracts concerning, among other things, the acquisition of construction works, supplies or services concluded by the University. It does not matter whether the contract has been concluded in a written, electronic or documentary form, or in any other form provided for by law.
However, not all contracts are subject to reporting. Donations, volunteer agreements, cooperation agreements that do not involve financial implications, as well as contracts concerning the processing of personal data are not submitted to the Central Register of Contracts.
NOTE: the obligation to submit information to the CRU applies exclusively to contracts concluded from 1 July 2026 onwards. Contracts concluded before that date are not subject to reporting, even if an annex is signed after 1 July 2026.
Who Does This Apply To?
The obligation to submit information on selected contracts to the Central Register of Contracts of Public Finance Sector Units (CRU) applies to the entire UniLodz community, including students, doctoral students and employees who make purchases or conclude contracts on behalf of the University of Lodz.
