The responses will help identify the strengths of the current support system and areas for improvement. Based on the survey results, recommendations will be prepared to improve the quality of services and to ensure they are better tailored to the needs of international employees.
The survey marks the first stage in the implementation of a systematic evaluation of experiences of international researchers associated with the University of Lodz. In the coming years, similar surveys will be conducted on a regular basis to monitor the quality of support, maintain lasting relationships with former employees and develop initiatives that contribute to the internationalisation of the university.
We would like to thank all former employees who took the time to complete the survey and share their experiences. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and will play an important role in the ongoing enhancement of support provided to the international community of the University of Lodz.
