This year's screenings as part of the Art&Science trend include as many as six excellent film productions that show fascinating stories, engage the imagination and free the mind. You will see how the world cinema over the last two decades has shown the development of technology and the next boundaries that can be crossed by man thanks to progress.
We will take you to the world of the cult "Matrix". Thanks to the film "First Man", starring Ryan Gosling, you will also see what the preparations for the legendary expedition to the moon looked like.
The Oscar-winning "Ex Machina" and Steven Spielberg's classic film "Artificial Intelligence: AI" demonstrate what experimenting with artificial intelligence can end up with.
"Proxima", in turn, will let you see the backstage of the difficult work of an astronaut, and thanks to "Her" you will learn the love story of a lonely writer and the operating system he bought.
The screenings will be held in the garden of the Biedermann’s Palace (1/5 Franciszkańska).
