Training Sessions
Eight training sessions have been scheduled between 29 September and 28 October. All available dates can be found in the training registration form. Most of the training sessions will take place on-site at the University of Lodz Library but several online meetings have also been planned. We would like these sessions to be as interactive as possible, so even if you do not yet have an idea for your research project, feel free to join us. Together, we can help outline your research project.

Below you will find the schedule for this year’s edition:
- Compulsory training sessions: 29 September 2026 to 28 October 2026
- Application submission period: 1 October 2026 to 6 November 2026
- Formal evaluation: 9 November 2026 to 20 November 2026
- Substantive evaluation: 23 November 2026 to 22 January 2027
- Preparation and publication of the ranking list: 22 January 2027 to 15 February 2027
- Grant payments: second half of February 2027
- Additional round of application evaluation: 22 February 2027 to 26 February 2027
- Grant payments from the second round: mid-March 2027
