Klaudia Wojtunik, who is a student at the Faculty of Geographical Sciences at the University of Lodz, took third place in the hurdles after three years. Klaudia has broken the 13-second barrier twice, securing a place on the podium and providing the fans with a thrilling experience.
Zuzanna Sztachańska, a student at the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, also performed very well, finishing in a respectable fourth place in the triple jump competition. This result demonstrates our athlete's consistency and enormous potential.
Both students are participating in the University of Lodz Studies and Sport programme, which offers dual career paths for athletes studying at our university. It provides young athletes from #UniLodz with greater flexibility in scheduling their classes, allowing them to participate in training and competitions without compromising their academic performance.
The University of Lodz celebrates all achievements of its students - those academic, artistic or athletic ones. These achievements contribute to the university's image and foster a sense of community that inspires future generations.
