The latest RUR - HERE
Last year (2020) the University of Lodz was classified in RUR on the 674th position. This year's 653rd place is the effect of significant improvement in two areas:
In Teaching Ranking the score increased from 39.592 to 45.438 giving the promotion from position 588 to 529.
On the other hand, in the International Diversity Ranking last year's score of 25.711 rose to 31.535, giving us a jump of almost 50 places!
- We are happy to be up in the overall ranking, but we are especially happy to see the great progress that the University of Lodz has made in the field of internationalization. In recent years, we have become a truly international university, with almost a hundred different nationalities within its walls. We will continue this effort as the idea of University Diversity is one of the foundations of the university. It is diversity, to a great extent, that builds our strength and value - says Prof. Łukasz Bogucki, Vice-Rector for International Relations at the University of Łódź.
Round University Ranking has been operating since 2013, but uses data collected for over a decade. It analyses and annually publishes a ranking of 1100 universities from all over the world, assessing 4 key areas: teaching, research, international diversity, financial sustainability.
