How to use?

 

1. What is needed to receive advice from the Student Clinic of Finance?

To receive advice, you will need to make an appointment by email and come to the Clinic on-call on the agreed date, submit a completed application form and statements and copies of documents relating to your case. The form and statements can be downloaded below or can be obtained on site during the on-call time.

Please read the consultation policy (also downloadable below) and the documents to be signed carefully before attending the Clinic.

2. Where the Student Clinic of Finance is located?

The Student Finance Clinic is located at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź, entrance from P.O.W. Street (building D), 3rd floor, room D-315.
On-call hours are held once a month, but the Clinic is closed during exam sessions, Christmas breaks, holidays and summer holidays (July-September). Current dates of on-call duty are given in the tab "Consultations".

3. How long to wait for a response?

The waiting time for a written consultation depends on the submission of all the documentation required in the case and on the complexity of the case.

4. How much it costs to take advice from the Student Clinic of Finance?

Taking advice is completely free of charge.

5. Are all cases accepted?

The eligibility of a case for consultation is decided by the Supervisor of the Student Finance Clinic on the basis of the applicant's application form. Acceptance of the case is made upon acceptance by the Supervisor. In cases of doubt, the Supervisor of the Student Finance Clinic decides.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse to accept a case, in particular if the case has administrative, legal or other deadlines of less than 6 weeks.
