A Planned Break in the Operation of the University of Lodz Website and the University IT Systems

Note! We would like to inform you that on 12 May 2023 (Friday) from 9:00 p.m. to midnight, a break in the operation of the server room in the building of one of the faculties of the University of Lodz is planned. During these hours, the use of the university IT systems may be difficult.

During the time mentioned above, the website of the university: www.uni.lodz.pl and the websites of faculties, other units of the University of Lodz and project websites may be unavailable. Other main IT systems of the University of Lodz affected on 12 May 12 from 9:00 p.m. to midnight are:

  • UL Employee Service
  • Recruitment System
  • Moodle e-learning platform
  • USOS system
  • USOSweb
  • Simple.ERP system
  • "Rektorat" system

There may also be delays in data synchronisation between the systems due to the shutdown.
