When: 10 June 2025 (Tuesday) 16:00 - 27 July 2025 (Sunday)

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the University of Lodz, the Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection has organised an art competition for primary school students entitled "From Microscope to the Jungle – the Scientific Work of a Biologist Through Your Eyes". The task of the participants was to show the broadly understood work of a biologist – both that carried out in the laboratory and in the field – through the eyes of young nature enthusiasts.

Opublikowano: 18 June 2025

The competition received 151 entries from various schools across Poland, which showed how fascinating, diverse and important the scientific work of a biologist is. The exhibition will provide an opportunity to take a closer look at the works of young artists.

All the works can be seen at the post-competition exhibition at the University of Lodz Natural History Museum, Kilińskiego 101.

The exhibition will run from 10 June to 27 July 2025.

Each competition participant and one caretaker can enter the Museum free of charge once.
