On the Tracks to the Future – Hands-On Workshops with Transport Simulators

Students specialising in Supply Chain Management within the Logistics in Business study programme had the opportunity to participate in a unique event dedicated to modern technologies in rail transport. On 19 May, in cooperation with the Association of the Institute of Environmental Economics and Transport in Legnica and the Railway Training Centre in Legnica, the event “On the Tracks to the Future – Hands-On Workshops with Transport Simulators” was organised.

Participants were able to explore in practice how professional simulators used in the transport and railway industries operate. The workshops allowed students to view contemporary logistics from the perspective of advanced technological solutions, while also gaining valuable experience related to transport organisation and safety. The event was an excellent opportunity to combine academic knowledge with practical experience and to demonstrate how innovative tools support the development of modern transport systems.
