The first place in the competition was taken by the BA thesis by Aleksander Bartodziej "Oczekiwania przedstawicieli pokolenia Z (C) wobec pracodawców w zakresie stosowania praktyk zielonego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi - wyniki badań własnych" [Expectations of representatives of generation Z (C) towards employers in the scope of applying green human resources management practices – results of own research]. The thesis was prepared under the supervision of Dr Izabela Różańska-Bińczyk.
The second place was taken by Zuzanna Dąbrowska's BA thesis "Negatywne skutki pracy zdalnej w opinii przedstawicieli pokoleń Y i Z" [The negative effects of remote work in the opinion of representatives of generations Y and Z] supervised by Dr Lena Grzesiak.
