This year edition has been the second University Children's Day. On Friday, 2 June, we invited members of the University of Lodz community together with their children to play together. For the young and the old, we prepared activities such as: experiments, workshops, games and activities, dance and music animations, Arabic calligraphy lessons, chemical experiments, origami workshops, VR goggles, Korean games and puzzles, picture book zone, artistic activities, folk dance workshops as well as sports games and activities. There were also sweets – cotton candy and water from the saturator. Food tracks were waiting for those who were hungry. The inflatable obstacle course, judging by the endless queue, was one of the most anticipated attractions. Everyone who took part in the picnic had the opportunity to prove themselves in sports competitions. The best contenders were awarded with medals. Students from student science clubs bravely answered all the questions of little explorers whose curiosity of the world has no limits.
The atmosphere was great. Together, we managed to create a space full of smiles, fun but also beautiful interaction that we all need so much. We are very pleased that you were with us that day! We hope you enjoyed it. See you in a year!
