The participating rectors discussed, among other things, the issues of financing universities and the National Science Centre, as well as proposals for changes to the Higher Education Act and internationalisation. They met with the Minister of Science and Higher Education, Dariusz Wieczorek.
They also elected Presidents of the KRUP committees: the University Finance Committee (Prof. Zbigniew Bukowski from the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz), the University Education Committee (Prof. Joanna Wójcik from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań), the University Science Committee (Prof. Zygmunt Lalak from the University of Warsaw) and the University Internationalisation Committee (Prof. Anna Jurkowska-Zeidler from the University of Gdańsk).
