The 5th edition of the Lem Festival Bomba Megabitowa will be held on 7-8 October at the Grand Theatre and EC1.
The Grand Theatre and EC1 will host a gathering of distinguished personalities: Rafał Brzoska, who is an investor, entrepreneur and a philanthropist; Bogdan Rymanowski, who is a journalist and publicist; Tomasz Czajka who is former SpaceX engineer; Psyho who is the best programmer on Earth who defeated artificial intelligence; Esther Wójcicki, who is the woman in whose family garage Google was born; General Karol Molenda, who is Head of the Cyberspace Defense Forces; Agnieszka Pilat, who is the artist behind the images for the cult film The Matrix; and Dorota Wellman – a journalist and television host; alongside many other distinguished guests from Poland and around the world. The event will also be attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs, Krzysztof Gawkowski.
This year, the questions that are electrifying the world will be particularly resonant:
- What will the world look like in five years?
- Is AI our greatest opportunity or the beginning of a crisis?
- Do Alexa or Siri really feel sad when we don't use them?
Representatives from UniLodz will also be there.
