WorkShow – Industry Job Fair (16-25 March 2026)

The call for companies and institutions for the next edition of WorkShow – an industry-specific job fair at the University of Lodz is underway. We invite everyone interested in showcasing their internship, apprenticeship or job offers and attracting talented candidates. During the event, employers will have an opportunity to easily and quickly reach a large number of students with the desired educational profiles.

The latest edition of the event will feature five days of meetings between the student community and employers from Lodz and the region. The event will be held at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Faculty of Economics and Sociology, Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, Faculty of Philology, and Faculty of Law and Administration.

Smaller, industry-specific job fairs held at several University of Lodz faculties offer a more relaxed format and smaller scale, fostering effective communication and efficient verification of expectations from both sides of the recruitment process. Each day offers a chance to find specialists in different fields. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect students with potential employers.

The University of Lodz has supported students in entering the job market by regularly organising meetings with businesses, public institutions and NGOs for years. Faced with dynamic changes in the job market, both employers and the student community must adapt to new realities. Industry-specific job fairs play a key role in this process, increasing the chances of a successful career.

Employers interested in participating in the fair are invited to contact Ewelina Milcarz – Employer Relations Specialist, to obtain information about available places and a detailed offer of participation in the event (e-mail: ewelina.milcarz@uni.lodz.pl).

Feel free to join us!
