Student administration within the USOS system; preparation of student ID cards and academic record sheets; processing and recording academic progress; issuing student certificates; handling removals from the student register; preparing records for bachelor’s and master’s examinations; entering diploma details; compiling statistics; preparing student files for archiving; maintaining records and managing accountability for strictly controlled documents (regarding full-time and part-time studies); and providing services to international students.
