Scope of tasks of the University of Łódź Finance Center

1 Substantive and formal-accounting control of the teaching activities of faculties, central administration departments, student services, and university-wide units (electronic and paper document circulation)

2. Banking services for the university – execution of transfers from the activities referred to in point 1, daily control of the correctness of generated transfers, opening and closing bank accounts, submitting applications to banks, negotiating exchange rates when selling currency, setting up deposits, preparing documentation for bank guarantees, annexing agreements, preparing tender procedures for university banking services, granting access to banking systems.

3. Preparing declarations for the Tax Office: NIP-B (bank accounts) and NIP-C (university addresses)

4. Issuing notes refunding the travel expenses of University of Łódź employees.

5. University of Łódź credit card payments via websites (only the Faculty of Economics, Social Sciences, and Law has its own)

6. Importing WB from the banking system to ERP Simple, transferring files with tuition fees from the bank to USOS and recruitment fees to the recruitment system.

7. Acceptance of notes issued by departments in PP for classes and room rentals - to Jemioła

8. Importing salaries, scholarships, and payments from ZFŚS to the bank, executing transfers of deductions from salaries, refunds.

9. Transfers of taxes, social security contributions, court fees, bailiff fees, handling of deposits.

10. Registration and control of bill of exchange returns.

11. Servicing students in the area of refunds of overpayments for tuition fees and for student dormitories.

12. Registration and issuance of receipt books – record keeping and inventory

13. Preparation of expenditure plans from the University of Łódź's basic accounts
