RULES OF ADMITTING CHILDREN FROM UKRAINE TO POLISH SCHOOLS
Students from Ukraine at the age of compulsory education (7-18 years old) are admitted to public schools and are provided with care and education on the terms that apply to Polish citizens.
Admission to school is possible throughout the school year, and the grade in which a child coming from abroad is to continue education is determined based on the sum of completed school years abroad.
The admission of students coming from abroad is regulated at the statutory level. In this process, the legal basis for the student's stay in Poland is irrelevant.
