Awards may be granted for outstanding activity in the scope of fine arts, sports or organization of events (among others: see Annex 1) carried out between 1 September 2024 and 30 May 2025.
The application deadline is 7 September 2025.
Your application form with attached documentation confirming activities or achievements (scans of certificates, references, diplomas or other attestations) should be submitted via e-mail to karol.kasinski@uni.lodz.pl
Attachments should be sent in PDF format – each file name should contain name of applicant (forename and surname) and annex number according to template heading.
Your application form should be an editable DOCX file.
The results of the call for applications will be announced by 17 October 2025. For applications resulting in an award, payments will be made by 31 October 2025.
