ScienceON Report for UniLodz Doctoral Students

As of the academic year 2025/2026, the ScienceON report constitutes a mandatory component of the Doctoral Student Achievement Sheet (Arkusz Osiągnięć Doktoranta, AOD) in all doctoral schools of the University of Lodz. The report is one of the primary sources of information used to assess achievements for a given academic year.

ScienceON Report

The report includes:

  • Publications (scientific articles, monographs, chapters in monographs, conference proceedings and other publications),
  • Roles performed on journal editorial boards,
  • Active participation in conferences (oral presentations and poster presentations),
  • Research projects (Principal Investigator role, participation in a project),
  • Research internships and mobility activities,
  • Scientific training courses,
  • Patents/patent applications,
  • Organisational and social activities,
  • Other activities and achievements.

Please note that achievements not entered into the system will not be included in the report. Consequently, the doctoral school may not have access to complete information regarding your academic output and activities when assessing your progress in education and awarding credit for the academic year.

Therefore, all achievements and activities should be registered in ScienceON on an ongoing basis, ensuring that the data is accurate and that the exact dates of completion are provided. Please remember that the system collects data from various modules. The report is generated directly from the user profile using the “Report for the doctoral schools of the University of Lodz” function.

We remind you that doctoral students are responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the data entered into the ScienceON system.
