Head of the Department of Commercial, Insurance, and Industrial Property Law, University of Lodz Responsibilities include, in particular: - participating in the allocation of teaching duties among Department staff, - evaluating the teaching performance of Department staff (including staff surveys), - organizing research activities, particularly the implementation of research programs, - determining participation in academic conferences, - monitoring research grants and participating in decisions regarding applications for selected grants.
