I am responsible for supporting the commercialization of research outcomes and ensuring the protection of intellectual property at the University of Lodz. I provide expert assistance to researchers in securing innovative solutions through patent applications and the licensing of inventions.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Providing substantive support in the field of patent application procedures, invention licensing, and intellectual property protection.

• Comprehensive registration, supervision, and management of the University of Lodz’s portfolio of patent applications.

• Coordinating the process of obtaining legal protection for research results as well as the licensing of knowledge and technologies for commercialization purposes.

• Cooperating with national and international patent attorneys and external consultancy firms in the area of intellectual property protection.

• Assessing the innovative nature and commercial potential of submitted projects and inventions.
